I just wanted to quickly share the card that I made on Wednesday night and which preceded the photo you now see on my WOYWW 100 post. I made this Sympathy card for someone to give their friend, and although this is a card I don't particularly like making for obvious reasons I enjoyed making it as it has a feeling of sereneness about it. I LOVE this patterned paper from Pink Petticoat -it's called Grannie's Wallpaper and this particular shade is Stone. I've printed it onto white core'dinations cardstock to give a textured finish to the pattern.
Supplies: Stamps: Stampendous Agapanthus Cluster, Woodware Salutations clear stamps; Ink: Clearsnap Vivid ink in Brown; Cardstock: Coredinations in White and Brownie. Embellishments: American Crafts Ribbon solid gold grossgrain 5/8th", Anita's wide organza ribbon in white; Papermania Adhesive Stones in burnt gold; Tools: EK success punch photo labels punch;
I really hope you like it!
